Blackboard Connect™ is a leading provider of multimodal alert notification services for school districts, institutions of higher learning, local government, state and Federal agencies, as well as the U.S. armed forces.

With over 20,500 client sites under contract and/or using our services nationwide, the Connect platform of services supports the usage of outbound communications via voice, email, SMS text messaging, web alerts, and networked digital signage.

The Connect platform of services (including Connect-ED®, Connect-CTY®, Connect-GOV®, and Connect-MIL®) are currently marketed through industry specific magazines, trade shows, word-of-mouth, client referrals, and direct sales. In addition, customers of each product will be asking their constituents to opt-in to the SMS program through regular voice and print communications.
